OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at BLUE VELVET salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or 48 hours after your service has been performed.

REFUNDS

All services are NOT-REFUNDABLE but we will be happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. Th service must be a mistake from the service provider not something you might have change your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of disagreement ,a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction . Corrective service will not be allowed 10 days past initial service date. Please keep in mind , using box color or going from Dark to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Blue Velvet Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to return any retail products you purchase within 7 days of original purchase and in a original box.
